Every Hoeken home at Forrest Creek Estates is built to a single high standard. The following specifications are included in the base price of every plan — not offered as upgrades. Additional customization is available through our design-build process.

  • Sealed crawlspace foundation, up to 32‑inch height

  • James Hardie fiber cement siding, or similar

  • 30‑year architectural shingles

  • Energy‑efficient single‑hung vinyl windows with LowE glass, white or black

  • Stain‑grade wood front door with Schlage hardware, per plan

  • White 2000 Series garage doors with openers and keypad

  • Rear porch decking, prepped for screened‑in option

  • Brick and siding locations included per plan

  • $12,000 landscaping allowance covering sod, trees, mulch, and shrubs

  • 12‑foot‑wide concrete driveway, with flare or per neighborhood rules

  • 10‑foot ceilings on the first floor, 9‑foot on the second, or per plan
