The Hoeken Design Build Semi-Custom Building Process 

Our team has come up with a way to streamline the building process while still offering choices to you as the buyer and client. We’ve done this by creating three tasteful design packages based on budget range - making the selection process a breeze. In addition, there are certain upgrades you can choose from to further customize your home! Combine this with one of our house plans and an associated lot and you are good to go! Construction can take as little as 5-7 months from foundation completion.

For a semi-custom build, a buyer may choose from one of the following interior package options. Within each of these levels there are some upgradable items available. This way, you get to choose where to prioritize where to invest your money in your home. 

The Portfolio - Level 1

Perfect for investors, or buyers who need a budget friendly option

The Digs - Level 2

Ideal for a first time home buyer who wants to make a low-maintenance purchase.

The Posh - Level 3

For those that like the finer things.
