Affiliate Broker Program Policy
Welcome to the HDB Broker Affiliate Program. We value the collaboration with our brokers and strive to create a seamless and mutually beneficial partnership. Below are the detailed guidelines and requirements for participating in our program:

Eligibility and Registration

Registration
Brokers must be officially registered with Hoeken Design Build.

Documentation
A completed W9 form from your brokerage firm must be on file in order for HDB to release payment.
Client Engagement

Client Land Requirement
Brokers must either assist clients in finding land or ensure that clients already possess land.

Future Meetings
After initial meetings all communication will be directed and facilitated by HDB directly to the land owners/client and will include the broker if requested.

Initial Meeting
Brokers are required to accompany referrals to their first meeting with HDB. This meeting can be in-person at our office or conducted remotely if the client is out of town.

Client's Ability to Pay
Broker has substantially underwritten their client and has Proof of Funds or a recent Pre-Qualification Letter to provide HDB.
Process Familiarity

Hoeken's BOYL Process
Brokers must review and understand HDB's Build On Your Lot (BOYL) process thoroughly to guide referrals effectively.
Compensation Agreement

Agreement Signing
Brokers must sign a compensation agreement with HDB outlining the terms and conditions of payment.

Compensation Structure
Brokers will receive a total fee structured as follows:

25% of the Fee upon client's contract signing and receipt of deposit

75% of the Fee upon the completion of the entire project when HDB has been fully paid.
Supportive Behavior
Brokers are expected to engage in actions and behaviors that facilitate and support the HDB building team in completing the house.
Compensation Agreement

Payment Conditions
If the client withholds payment to HDB for any reason, the broker’s compensation will be withheld until the funds are fully released to HDB.
